Mark AI - AI marketer for small business
Context
Small businesses in the US spend a lot of time on marketing tasks but lack the expertise to create effective funnels. Entrepreneurs are forced to learn dozens of tools, spend hours setting up campaigns, and often get low conversion due to lack of marketing experience.
Mark AI uses artificial intelligence and simple chat interaction to automate the creation of marketing funnels, freeing business owners from having to become marketers and tech specialists.
Problems
- No simple solution exists in the market for creating complete marketing funnels
- Existing tools required deep marketing knowledge
- High entry barrier: had to learn multiple platforms
My role and contribution
- I joined the project as a product designer to an international team at the idea stage.
Team: CEO, CTO, analyst, frontend and backend developers.
- In 2 months created product concept from idea to MVP with first users.
- Created Low-Fidelity prototypes of all key platform features.
- Secured project admission to international accelerator Embarc Collective.

Market and competitor analysis
- Studied marketing platforms (ClickFunnels, Leadpages, Kajabi, ActiveCampaign, NEO) and several popular AI tools for creating web applications and pages (Lovable, Replit, Wegic, wix, Squarespace, 10Web)
- Prepared interview script with US small business owners
- Validated interviews
